KIKAZARU
Storytelling
Kikazaru was under pressure from all sides. He remembered the wisdom of the three monkeys, but saying nothing, seeing nothing, hearing nothing, made no sense to him anymore because he had to make a decision and commit. So, he took the time to meditate, and the answer came to him in these words: See but do not look, hear but do not listen, speak but without emotion. He was thus able to submit to the collective decision without compromising himself and he was even able to give meaning to his actions because they were part of a cosmic order beyond human understanding.
